Carvia Terms of Use

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Service

Carvia is a mobile app for personal vehicle records, fuel and charging tracking, maintenance history, expense records, document and inspection dates, reminders, and Pro subscription features. By using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle, mileage, fuel, maintenance, expense, document, and reminder information you add to the app. You remain responsible for tracking official payment, insurance, inspection, maintenance, and vehicle safety obligations.

Local Data and Content

Records you create in Carvia are stored on your device by default. When adding a vehicle photo or similar content, you confirm that you have the right to use that content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Carvia Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscription title, duration, price, free trial, and introductory offer information are shown in the app and in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple account. To cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or resetting local data does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

Acceptable Use

Carvia may not be used to abuse the system, reverse engineer or copy the service, bypass security controls, send spam, or create unlawful content.

Service Changes

We may improve, change, or remove features. For important changes, we may provide notice through in-app messages, this page, or support channels.

Limitation of Liability

Carvia provides tools for organizing personal vehicle records; it does not provide professional accounting, tax, legal, insurance, vehicle safety, or mechanical maintenance advice. Summaries, cost calculations, and reminders in the app are informational only.
